Is this a lease-to-buy or lease-to-own program?
No. This is a straightforward
month-to-month portable AC rental with a 3-month minimum. Your monthly payments
are rent — they do not build toward ownership and do not commit you to anything
beyond the current term. At the end of your term, simply return the unit or
keep renting at a lower hold-over rate. Nothing is automatic.
Howdoes pricing work?
• Your first month's lease rate
• A refundable security deposit
(returned after your 3-month term is completed in good standing)
• A one-time delivery fee
(waived with code WELCOME2026)
After that, we bill your card on
file automatically each month for the lease rate only. No surprises.
What's the process from order to return?
Order online → We ship your unit
via UPS (a few business days from our CA or TX warehouse) → Arrives ready to
use → We email you a copy of your signed lease for your records → We bill
monthly → Email us when you're done → We send a prepaid UPS return label → Drop
it at any UPS store → We pause billing once UPS scans the package.
Will you keep my deposit if parts are missing or there'snormal wear?
No. We only hold deposits for
damage clearly beyond normal use. Missing accessories and everyday wear don't
count. Every unit also comes with our full operational warranty — if anything
stops working during your lease, contact us and we'll send a replacement fast.
What condition are the units in?
Every unit is inspected and
tested before we ship it. These are closeout and return-inventory models from
top brands (Midea, Vissani, Toshiba), so some may show light cosmetic wear —
but all are confirmed fully functional before leaving our warehouse.
What happens at the end of my 3 months?
You have two options: return the
unit (we send you a prepaid UPS label) or keep renting month-to-month at our
lower hold-over rate. We'll follow up near the end of your term with details.
Nothing switches automatically.
What is the hold-over rate?
If you don't return the unit
after month 3, your lease continues month-to-month at a lower hold-over rate —
no action needed on your end. No return fee applies while you're actively on
hold-over. The return fee only applies when you send the unit back.
What states do you serve?
We currently lease in: CA, AZ,
NV, OR, CO, NM, TX, OK, LA, GA, FL, NY, and NJ.
How do I return the unit?
Email us at [support email] to
request your prepaid UPS return label. Drop the unit at any UPS location. Once
UPS scans the package, your subscription pauses and your deposit refund is
initiated — no need to wait for us to receive it.
What if I need to cancel early?
Our lease has a 3-month minimum
term. Early returns before completing 3 months are subject to an early
termination fee as outlined in your lease agreement. If you're unsure whether
