Lease Subscriptions

LeaseValueHub offers portable AC units under a monthly lease — not a traditional subscription. The following terms apply:

Minimum lease term: All leases require a 3-month minimum commitment. By completing checkout, you agree to be billed for at least 3 monthly lease payments.

Early returns: If you return the unit before completing 3 months, an early termination fee will apply as outlined in your signed lease agreement.

Returning after month 3: Email us at support@leasevaluehub.com to request a prepaid UPS return label. Once UPS scans your return package, monthly billing stops and your security deposit refund is initiated.

Hold-over: If you do not request a return after month 3, your lease continues month-to-month at the hold-over rate until you return the unit.

Your lease agreement, sent to your email at the time of order, governs all terms. In the event of any conflict between this page and your signed lease, the lease agreement controls.
